Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian, and be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to purchase from Kreator Labs.
Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by trusted providers such as Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal. Access to the product is granted after payment is successfully confirmed.
License
Purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products according to the tier purchased (Personal or Commercial). See our License Agreement for the full terms.
Intellectual Property
All designs, code, assets and brand materials remain the intellectual property of Kreator Labs and its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the underlying IP to you.
Acceptable Use
- Do not redistribute, resell or sublicense our products.
- Do not share your download links or account access.
- Do not use our products for unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass licensing, DRM or access controls.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your email account, download links and credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, including redistribution, fraud or chargeback abuse. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.
Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or that they will meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kreator Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
