How Delivery Works
Every Kreator Labs bundle is a digital product. Download links and license details are delivered to your email address within seconds of a successful payment.
When Refunds Apply
Refund requests are considered only when one of the following is true:
- The download cannot be delivered.
- The product is completely inaccessible due to our fault.
- A duplicate payment was charged for the same order.
Refunds are generally not available after successful digital delivery, unless required by applicable law or where we determine an exception is appropriate.
Refund Process
- Email support@kreatorlabs.in from the address used at checkout.
- Include your order ID and a short description of the issue.
- Our team reviews eligibility and responds with next steps.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Response Time
We respond to refund requests within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday). Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
